- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. The 30-day trial is fully featured and requires no credit card. You only pay if you continue past trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the admin settings. Changes are pro-rated.
- What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
- You’ll see a friendly nudge in admin and have the option to upgrade. Existing rentals keep working — we don’t cut you off mid-job.
- Is there an add-on for festivals?
- Yes. Onefestival is an add-on that layers ticketing, credentials, and on-site ops on top of FleetAxis. It bills separately monthly or yearly.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes — self-serve cancel from your billing settings. Your data stays available for 30 days for export.
